The Glory Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French CNIL guidelines. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Data we collect

We only collect what you give us through the contact form: name, email, company (optional), and message. We do not run advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or behavioral profiling. No analytics that identify you personally.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project you asked for. We never sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 3 years from last contact, then deleted.

Third-party processors

• n8n — workflow automation that routes your form submission to our inbox.
• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery.

Both processors are bound by data-processing agreements consistent with GDPR Article 28.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@theglorysolutions.com. We respond within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, CNIL.

Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies required for the site to function (language preference, session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.

CNIL compliance

This site is operated from France and follows CNIL recommendations on minimal data collection, transparent consent, and user rights. No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards.
